"This is a costume I made for our daughter. She loves Pixar movies and watches them over and over again. She get excited when the Pixar lamp hops around the screen at the beginning of the movies".

CAPTAIN HOOK BEING DEVOURED BY A CROCODILE


This one will make to you a double-take!

DIY loving Mom  created this for her young son's first real Halloween and stated:
"Loving a little dark humor I thought a crocodile eating a baby was a great costume. However, in the middle of making it, it struck me - Captain Hook! How funny?!"

 She advised she made it for between $35-$50 and posted a How-To at Instructables.com

Bob Ross Inspired

I have to say this is another one of my favorites with the addition of the squirrel and doll leg on the pallet to give it a creep factor.

This is an entry by a user at Costume-Works.com of a Tiny Bob Ross - Halloween Costume Contest  and the submitter, Traci indicated:

" My 10 year old daughter has latched on to Joy of Painting on Netflix and I was super excited when she asked to be Bob Ross this year."
It is the quiet ones you have to watch out for!

Deer Head over Fireplace

This young fella is not looking too happy in the Deer Head over the Fireplace - Halloween Costume, but then again, how would you feel if your head cut off and stuffed for a home decor?

This was a 2012 submission at Contest at Costume-Works.com:  The submitter, Whitney advised: 
"This is my sons costume for Halloween 2012I always try to think of something different and he loves deers and this was the costume he decided on it was fairly simple..."

If I ever have a granddaughter, I for sure want to dress her up like this once year!  I think I think the best added touch is the cat on the one elbow with a bandagw..
