High School Science Students Hatching a Chick Outside of An Egg

While this sounds like science fiction, apparently it is a fact.

An article by Sarah Caroline Bell at the Huffington Post indicates they were purchased at a store then broken open into a plastic wrap in a cone shape secured on a large jar/cup then fertilized and incubated.for 21 days.

Disney and Pixar Sing "Hello"

A talented fella on Youtube by the name of Brian Hull sings a cover of Adele's "Hello" using Disney and Pixar voices.  From Olaf to Donald Duck they sound very accurate and it is an amusing rendition of the song.

Amazing Body Art

While at first glance it appears that these are creatures of nature, they are actually people painted up and contorted to look like the creature and it is hard to tell how many people until they separate.

It would not only take a lot of skill to conceptualize and paint, it would take a lot of patience and willingness to be uncomfortable to be naked and have someone spend the time it would take to paint the model's body and then have to lay on or contort with other models to make a creature.  You can only pray no one ate burritos before this shoot.

Ice Tsunami in Minnesota

Although this video looks like something out a B-Grade Sci-Fi flick you might expect to see as precursor to the next installment of a "Sharknado" movement, it actually is a natural phenomenon.

The above  Mille Lacs Lake, which is located about 100 miles north of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Although it looks like a slow moving tsunami of ice overtaking the shore and apartments, it is actually called an "Ice Shove", which is a surge of ice that has moved on to the shore that is caused by semi-melted ice and strong, consistent winds that push from the center out where it builds up like a sail, which pushes it forward.
