Ratio of Strawberries to Cereal in Special K With Strawberries

Photo:  Source

Reddit user pawpaw69420 posted on that forum:
"This is getting more attention then I thought it would, so let me clear some things up. I acquired 9 slightly expired boxes of special k. I tried a bowl and didn’t like it... so I’m separating all 9 boxes. I’m keeping the freeze dried strawberries for my guinea pigs and then I’m going to do some research and see what animals might enjoy the cereal part. I’m hoping birds do."
In looking at this, I am surprised the ratio of freeze-dried strawberries to cereal is so low.

A Visit To American Military Cemeteries Around The World

This is a Youtube video put together by a user 75t150 as a tribute to the Americans that gave their lives for our freedom around the world.

To see it visually in one video is staggering, and it is just a fraction of those who have given their lives worldwide so we have freedom in America today.

God bless those that have served and continue to serve and the sacrifices their families have made and are making today so we have the right to celebrate today.

#LOCKDOWN2020: SUMMER POOL OPTION

Locally last week where I live it was announced that all of the public swimming pools will be closed this Summer and it being reported that temperatures are going to be a record high, the next thing that will likely be sold out will be kiddie pools.

1990's: Children's Museum - Indianapolis - 1997

These are pictures I took when we were on vacation at the Children's Museum in Indianapolis on 4/1/1997.

The young chap in many of the pictures was my then 3-year-old son.  Above he is checking out a small submarine replica that the kids could get into.

This is the view from the back of the above submarine.

A replica of the S.S. Minnow, the boat that shipwrecked the occupants on a 3-hour tour on the popular 1960's show "Gilligan's Island".

This was a play area that looed like stones, but was very bouncy.

VINTAGE VIDEO: NEW YORK CITY - 1911 - DIGITALLY ENCHANCED

With the enhancements made on this video it feels like you are looking a a video made 70 years ago instead of over 100 and that almost all, if not all, people in this video are now gone but some of the iconic building you may have seen on the television or in the movies remain.

This video posted by Youtube user Dennis Shiryaev indicates it is a digital enhancement of this video of 1911 footage and indicates it was originally tken by by the Swedish company Svenska Biografteatern on a trip to America:

He indicates he has made the following enchancements that really does seem to have brought the past to life.
"✔ FPS boosted to 60 frames per second (DAIN);
✔ Image resolution boosted up to 4k (ESRGAN, custom weight);✔ Resorted video sharpness (AE and other plugins);✔ Colorized – I'am still unsure about this, but regarding to high request from the subscribers decided to test DeOldify NN on this video. ⚠ Please, be aware that colorization colors are not real and fake, colorization made only for the ambiance and do not represent real historical data."

LATE 80'S RETRO FAD: FLOWBEE

Photo: Source

If you are younger than 20 you may never have heard of the Flowbee; a vacuum-powered haircutting system.  The vacuum pulls the hair up and the blades chop the hair  (you can set certain lengths from 1/2 inch to 6 inches long) and it is sucked into the vacuum tube for a no-mess haircut.

Per Wikipedia, it was invented by a Rick E. Hunts, a California carpenter, and heavily marketed on late-night television infomercials.

I have never owned one personally, but the couple that ran a daycare my son went to that had four of their own children had one and they used it as a money-saving measure.

My son asked if they could give him a "Flowbee" cut when he was in early grade school and it turned out pretty well.  It gives a "feathered" look that was popular in the late 70's and early 80's and works best for shorter hairstyles.

Although some things are starting to open in my State next week, other places are still on lockdown and with hair salons and barbershops having been closed for over a month, it might not be a bad investment if you can find one for sale.

Flowbee official site: $139.99 (Currently Out of Stock) and there are a few for sale on Ebay.
