In the posting other referenced on that is in the U.S., in a luxury apartment complex in Houston,Texas, Market Square Towers, which is 40 floors up.
An article at Houston Business Journal indicated it is made out of 8 inch Plexiglass and extends 8-10 feet from the side of the tower and that the curve glass on the end is high enough so someone can't accidently slip over the top, even if someone is on another person's shoulders.
