Mashable on Youtube posted why Costco's Pizza is so delicious and while there is plenty of human interaction on how it is made, there are also two "robots" used in making the pizza that make it a uniform, consistent product.
Beginning at 3:38 it shows the first machine that presses the ball of dough into a uniform round shape.
The second is the sauce dispenser that spins like an an LP on a turntable dispensing the sauce evenly until it get to the end.
While these robots make the product consistent, what makes it good is the loads of toppings and cheese and at starting at 770 calories, which is around half of the recommended daily allowance for calories, it is more than a meal in itself,
