While the above costume does not have instructions, it could be made using a knit python print, batting to stuff the tail and face makeup (painting the snake eyes over closed eyelids).
A Boy Scout Helping an Old Man
While this doesn't have instructions it could be done with some thrift store kids clothing, ap printout of "badges" on construction paper for the Boy scout, and a "walker" construction with plastic PVC pipe painted silver and 4 tennis balls.
BUBBLE BATH
White clothing with white balloons taped to the front, white shower caps, a bath brush, and rubbie duckie comprise this cute costume.
