I spotted this at our local Walmart this week - Limited Edition Lady GaGa Oreos.
In looking at Walmart's website it indicated:

Not sure what *May be virtual. Conditions apply".
As far as how they taste, I found where Crystal Ro on Buzzfeed indicated:
"Honestly, at first I thought they tasted like Froot Loops, but I suspect that was my brain messing with me because of the colors of the cookie. Because, when I tried my second cookie, I closed my eyes and thought, "OK, if I was blindfolded, I literally would think this was just a Golden Oreo cookie." If there's one major difference I noticed between these and a "regular" Oreo, it's that these seemed a little sweeter than normal."
