NEW FOOD ITEM: KELLOGG'S FROSTED FLAKES WITH CRISPY CINNAMON BASKETBALLS

 

I spotted this on a recent trip to Walmart.  It is a new spin on an old favorite by adding cinnamon-flavored basketball shapes to the mix.

It looks like it would be fun cereal and would probably taste good.  The cost is $3.64.

However, the second ingredient per Walmart's website is sugar, and the percentage 24% so would be one to consume in moderation like any high sugar content cereal.

Walmart: Queen of England in The Back Window

 

Ok, not the actual Queen of England, but a window sticker of her waiving on the back driver's side window.

This was spotted next to us when we went to pick up groceries ordered online.

You just never know what you are going to see at Walmart!

Upper East Coast Loves Paper Towels and the South East Loves Crayola Crayons - Walmart's Top Selling Items By State 2018

Walmart advised on their website the top purchased items by State and I found the results a little surprising.

While I am not surprised that Insta Pots, which is a basically a pressure cooker crock pot, was a hot item this year with a flurry of knockoff brands on their heels, but was surprised Northern East Coast states top items were Paper Towels and in the South East, Crayola crayons rule.

Not surprising that 3 northern states, Montana, South Dakota and Minnesota loved coffee.

Other items that were popular in many states were the Ozark tumbler and can coolers Coffee and toilet paper.

While to me seeing that Toilet bowl cleaner was tops in Indiana was not a real surprise, as we Hoosiers like a tidy bowl, the results in several other states did:

• Idaho - Easy Bake Oven Refills
• Nevada- Flamin Hot Cheese Puffs
• Vermont - Del Monte Creamed Corn
• Alaska - Coconut Milk
• New Mexico - Mason Jars

Light Up Flamingo and Palm Tree Christmas Sweater

Nothing says Christmas like...Flamingos and Palm tree that lights up?

Apparently that was someone's vision and they decided to put it on a sweater.  

Not going to lie; if I had found one where the lights were working I would have bought it.

This was another Walmart find in the Men's section and sorry folks, then gem in only available in stores and was marked $24.99.

Light Up "Ugly" Cat Themed Christmas Sweaters

It you are cat fan and into kitchy Christmas sweaters, the mens section at Walmart has the above sweaters for sale.  I have to say I have never seen anything quite like this before.

In our local store they the above were $24.99.

Online the one on the left is for sale for $22.46. and the other is out of stock online, but might still be available at your local Walmart.
