"Town of Vulcan public works staff are installing 43 new decorative LED street light standards on Centre Street and Second Avenue, and by the pool. Last year council approved a motion for the Town to spend up to $227,136.60 on the project, with half of the money coming from Federal Gas Tax funding and half from the Street Light Capital Reserve."
