Grumpy Cat Tribute
On July 13th-14th they blocked off Main Street in front of the Art Museum and sections were blocked off or area artists and groups to create their artistic vision in chalk on the pavement.
My son and I participated in 2002 & 2003 and I enjoy seeing others creations. Unfortunately, I was not able to make it down to check them out until today. Although the street was open and it had been driven on all day, many creations still remainied,
