Not Quite Elf On A Shelf

Might not be Elf on a Shelf, but think it would be clever to incorporate into that for kids.

Elf Themed Shaped Bake and Take Sugar Cookies

A few years back there was an article in our local paper about popular items at our library in town and the now Christmas classic movie "elf" starring Will Farrell and James Caan was the most checked out  DVD.

This is the first year I recall seeing an "elf" themed cookie at the local Kroger grocery store, or any store in town.  They are Pillsbury baked and take Sugar cookies that have the shape of elf's hat and makes 24 cookies.

The box is more impressive than the actual cookie decoration, but the any decoration has to be as they puff up when baked and it gets slightly distorted.

This would be fun to bake and watch the movie afterwards to get into the Christmas Spirit.

ELF - Trailer recut as a Thriller

One of the channels I subscribe to on Youtube, Cinefix posted a re-mash turning the trailer of Christmas movie favorite, ELF, from a joyful comedy into a thriller.
