"Funeral cars were originally made in the same workshops as horse carriages, so much of their design and decoration came from the traditions of old hearses.

The cars were not used for many years, they were in different conditions: from minor paint damage to major repairs.

For the exhibition they were restored during the year on the basis of the restoration department of the University of Fine Arts of Madrid?

While the above picture is not exactly comparing from the same vantage point, it does show the increase in height and number of buildings although there is still a mix of older buildings as well.

Embassy Animated Window Display - 2019

The Embassy Theater has continued the tradition that began in the 1920s when Wolf & Dessauer Department store with animatronic Christmas displays.

I think these are the ones that were originally on display at Wolf and Dessauer and on loan from the History Center.
