PUBLIC ART: NEW HAVEN BULLDOG PROJECT - Life Line Stem Cell Large and Small Fiberglass Statues

This is part of New Haven, Indiana's first public art project that was initiated in 2019.

An article on KPC New indicated it was for a fundraiser to show off local pride and talents of local artists.

Local businesses (and since inception, some individuals) could "adopt" a large bulldog fiberglass statue for $2,500 and a small one for $900, which included artwork and installation.  This company, Life Line Stem Cell, adopted one of each.

A bulldog was chosen as it is the mascot of the local high school.

The proceeds are being used to purchase Christmas decorations for the town and refurbish the ball diamonds at Havenhurst Park and they are also considering adding public benches.
