PUB DREAD - HALLOWEEN THEMED POP-UP BAR IN WASHINGTON, DC

Hello and welcome to Day 8 of Countdown to Halloween.  Today's sacrifice is a Halloween-themed popup bar in Washington, DC.

Although scary things happen in our Nation's capital all of the time, this one sounds like it would be a fun one.

Pub Dread will be a Halloween-themed pop-up bar open through the month of October.  It had three themed rooms:  The  Dollhouse with creepy dolls (below), a Forbidden Forest with trees with eyeballs and giant spiders (above) and the Crypt where you can get into a Dracula like coffin for a photo op (below).

They also have some spooky themed drinks, such as Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice

It's Pronounced Fronk-En-Steen made with Belle Meade Bourbon, Salted Cucumber, Semi-Dry Cider and Apple Cider



As a bonus there is also a David Bowie room if you are not so much into the frightening stuff but more into a 70's to 80's sort of groove.

There is no cover charge, Pub Dread's Website indicates but you must be 21, IDs are held for some specialty drink ware and there are no reservations so there may be a line.
